Eligibility

1. All girls aged between 10 to 19 years residing in Uttarakhand are eligible under this scheme.

Benefits

Under this scheme, to prevent reproductive tract infections and inculcate menstrual hygiene habits, sanitary napkins are provided to adolescent girls by ASHA workers at a nominal cost of ₹6/-.
