About This Scheme
The “Registration for Crop Procurement” scheme was launched by the Department of Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme aims to ensure that farmers in the state receive a fair and remunerative price for their crops by facilitating government procurement, allowing landholding farmers to register for selling their produce at government-designated procurement centers at the Minimum Support Price (MSP). A plan has been made to cover the entire Madhya Pradesh through the e-Uparjan Application, through which the grains (wheat, paddy, sorghum, millet, gram, lentils, mustard, etc.) of all the districts of the state are monitored.
Eligibility
- The applicant should be a resident of Madhya Pradesh. - The applicant should be a landholding farmer. - The applicant should intend to sell their crop at a government-designated procurement center.
