The applicant's Aadhaar should be linked to a valid bank account and an updated mobile number. > *Vehicle Eligibility:* 1. The applicant's two-wheeler must be registered in their name and in the state of Jharkhand. 1. The applicant must possess a valid driving license.
Benefits
