About This Scheme

The scheme “Enhancement of Spoken English Programme” is implemented under the Samagra Shiksha Programme by the Secondary Education Department, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to enhance the spoken English skills of students of Classes 9 to 12 studying in all government schools across the districts of the state.

Eligibility

1. The applicant must be a student of Classes 9 to 12 from one of the 109 selected government secondary schools in Uttarakhand.

Benefits

The programme was implemented for approximately 39,000 students of Classes 9 to 12 across 109 government schools in all districts of the state.
