Eligibility
> For Individuals (Beneficiaries): - The applicant must be a person with disability having at least 40% disability, duly certified by a competent medical authority. - The applicant must belong to any category such as locomotor, visual, hearing, mental, or multiple disabilities. - The applicant must require support for rehabilitation, medical treatment, education, or livelihood. > For Organizations: - The organization must be a registered voluntary organization/NGO/institution. - The organization must have experience in implementing disability welfare programmes. - The organization must have adequate infrastructure and trained personnel to provide services. - The organization must ensure that services are provided without discrimination.
