About This Scheme
The scheme "Solar Water Pumping System" by the Renewable Energy Department, Government of Haryana, aims to encourage farmers and agriculture-based community groups to adopt clean and sustainable energy for irrigation by offering subsidized solar water pumping systems. Eligibility
1. Any Haryana Resident family with Pariwar Pahichan Patra (PPP). 1. Farmers of Haryana with no electric agricultural connection in his/her name. 1. Water User Associations, Gaushalas, and community/cluster-based irrigation systems. 1. The beneficiaries who have not been covered under the solar pump scheme in past.
Benefits
- Subsidy Amount: A 75% subsidy is provided on the cost of solar water pumps.
