About This Scheme

The scheme “Discount Scheme on Sale of Khadi Garments” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Khadi and Village Industries Board under the Department of Industries, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to promote the use and sale of Khadi garments by providing a 10% discount to consumers on purchases made at Khadi production and sales centres registered with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC).

Eligibility

1. The discount is provided to production/sales centres in Uttarakhand that are registered with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (Government of India), which then pass it on to the customers.

Benefits

Under this scheme, a 10% discount on Khadi garments is provided to customers from Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October) to Republic Day (26th January).
