1. The applicant must be a Scheduled Caste (SC) livestock owner. 1. The applicant must possess the following valid documents: - Barcoded ration card. - Government-approved photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Voter ID). - Caste certificate issued by a competent authority. - Certificate of calving issued by a Government Livestock Inspector. - Disability certificate from a competent authority (only if the applicant is disabled).
