The applicant should be aged between 18 and 60 years. 1. The worker should have completed at least 90 days of building and other construction work in the last 12 months. 1. The registration of the applicant should have been renewed annually. Eligibility Criteria for Scheme: 1. The parent of the child must be engaged in building or construction work under the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HPBOCWWB). 1. The parent of the child should be registered with the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HPBOCWWB). 1. The parent's membership with the Himachal Pradesh Welfare Board must be active at the time of application.
