About This Scheme

The scheme "Scholarship for Engineering and Medical Education" is implemented by the State Sainik Board under the Sainik Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand. Eligibility

1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand. 1. The applicant must be a dependent of an ex-serviceman. 1. The applicant should be pursuing a course in Engineering, Medical, or Ph.D. from a recognized institution. Note: It is mandatory that the applicant's correct name is mentioned both in the bank account and the discharge book.

Benefits

Rate of Scholarship: - ₹12,000/- per year for Engineering students - ₹15,000/- per year for Medical students - ₹10,000/- per year for PhD students
