Post Matric College Scholarship (Scheduled Caste)
About This Scheme
Launched in 1976-77, the "Post Matric College Scholarship" is a scheme by the Scheduled Caste Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme provides financial assistance to encourage Scheduled Caste students to pursue higher education. One-third of the subsistence allowance is payable to students residing in departmental hostels who are provided free lodging and boarding facilities.
Eligibility
1. The applicant must be a student. 1. The student should belong to the Scheduled Caste category. 1. The student must come from a family with an income limit of up to ₹6.00 lakh to qualify. Note: One-third of the subsistence allowance will be payable to students residing in departmental hostels who are provided with free lodging/boarding facilities.
Benefits
Post-matric students are provided with scholarships.
