The component "Exchange of Knowledge / Research / Ideas – For Holding Training Programmes, Seminars, Workshops, Clinics and Conferences Within the Country" under the Scheme of Human Resources Development in Sports by the Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. The scheme aims to strengthen sports development through capacity building and knowledge exchange. Through this component, financial assistance is provided for organizing training programmes, seminars, workshops, clinics and conferences in India.

Eligibility

1. The applicant should be an eligible Government organization, autonomous body, university, institute or sports organization conducting sports-related training or knowledge-sharing programmes. 1. The proposed programme should facilitate exchange of knowledge or enhancement of professional skills in sports. 1. The programme should be approved by the Department of Sports. 1. The event may involve Indian or foreign experts for coaching, training or technical guidance.
