About This Scheme

The “Map Simplification Process” is implemented by the Haridwar - Roorkee Development Authority under Housing Department, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to simplify and expedite the approval of residential and commercial property maps through an efficient online system.

Eligibility

1. All landowners in the Haridwar district of Uttarakhand are eligible.

Benefits

Approval of residential maps is being provided within 15 days, and approval of commercial maps within 30 days.
