About This Scheme

The "IELTS & TOEFL Training Assistance" scheme was launched by the Tribal Development Department, Government of Gujarat. It aims to empower Scheduled Tribe (ST) students aspiring to pursue higher studies abroad after class 12th. Under this scheme, the tribal students receive structured guidance, IELTS and TOEFL training, and financial assistance to prepare for admissions to reputed foreign universities, with additional support for visa and passport processes.

Eligibility

1. The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category. 1. The applicant must be a student and must have passed class 12th (HSC).1. The applicant should be residing in a notified tribal area of Gujarat. 1. The applicant must intend to pursue higher education abroad. 1. The applicant must require IELTS or TOEFL training as part of their admission preparation.

Benefits

- Financial aid of ₹3,10,000/- per student to cover IELTS and TOEFL training expenses.
