About This Scheme

The “Financial Assistance for Widow or Widower of Registered Construction Worker” scheme was implemented by the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹24,000/- p.a. up to 5 years to the widow or widower in case of death of a registered worker during the course of employment.

Eligibility

1. The applicant should be the widow or widower of a deceased construction worker. 1. The deceased worker must have been registered with the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

Benefits

- Financial assistance of ₹24,000/- per annum up to 5 years to the widow or widower.
