The “Block Level Institute for Rural Skill Acquisition (BIRSA)” is a component of the umbrella scheme “Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana” launched by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training and Skill Development, Jharkhand. It aims to provide free, localized skill training to candidates designed for both general and reserved categories, the scheme focuses on mobilizing youth who prefer to train and work within their local areas. The program is non-residential and operates in 24 districts across 80 blocks in the first phase.
Eligibility
1. The applicant should be a resident of Jharkhand. 1. The applicant's age should be 18-35 years and up to 50 years for SC/ST/OBC reserved categories.
