About This Scheme

The “Maternity Financial Assistance” scheme is implemented by the Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (UKBOCWWB) under the Labour Department, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide financial support to registered women construction workers during the maternity period. This assistance is admissible only for the birth of up to two children.

Eligibility

1. The applicant must be a woman construction worker registered with the Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. 1. Financial assistance is admissible only for the birth of up to two children.

Benefits

₹6,000/- per child (limited to a maximum of two children).
