The "Kendriya Grihmantri Dakshata Padak" scheme has been launched by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The scheme aims to recognize excellent work, promote high professional standards, and boost the morale of personnel serving in police forces, security organizations, intelligence units, and forensic science institutions across India.

Eligibility

1. The applicant should be a member of Police Forces, Security Organizations, Intelligence Wings, or Forensic Science Institutions. 1. The applicant should demonstrate excellence in Special Operation, Investigation, Intelligence, or Forensic Science. 1. The applicant should not have any pending judicial proceedings or departmental enquiry. 1. The applicant should not have received any major penalty in the last 5 years. 1. The applicant should be recommended by the concerned authority. 1. The applicant should not be recommended for multiple fields for the same operation. 1. The applicant should meet specific criteria for the respective field (operation, investigation, intelligence, or forensic work).

Benefits

- Medal awarded to selected officials/officers. - Certificate (Scroll) signed by the Union Home Minister. - National recognition through publication in the Gazette of India (except Intelligence cases). - Recording of additional achievements through Bars for repeated acts.
