About This Scheme
The “Quality Test Report” scheme is implemented by the Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP), Selaqui, Dehradun, under the Department of Horticulture, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide quality testing facilities at a subsidized rate to registered aromatic farmers, enabling them to obtain authentic quality reports for their produce or essential oils.
Eligibility
1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand. 1. The farmer must be engaged in the cultivation of aromatic plants. 1. The farmer must be registered with the Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP), Selaqui, Dehradun.
Benefits
Under this initiative, farmers receive a 50% discount on the quality testing fee for their produce/essential oil. The quality test report enables farmers to obtain a fair market price for their oil.
