Swanath Scholarship Scheme

About This Scheme

The “Swanath Scholarship Scheme” is implemented by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide financial support to diploma and graduate-level students who are orphans, whose parents or either parent has died due to COVID-19, or who are dependents of martyrs from the military or central armed forces.

Eligibility

1. The applicant must be a student. 1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand. 1. The applicant must be an orphan, have lost one or both parents due to COVID-19, or be a dependent of a martyr from the military or central armed forces. 1. The applicant’s annual family income must not exceed ₹8,00,000/-.

Benefits

Eligible students at the diploma or graduation level will receive financial assistance of ₹50,000/- per annum.
