About This Scheme
The “Immunization Programme” is an initiative under the National Health Mission (NHM) implemented by the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare, Government of Uttarakhand. This initiative aims to protect every child from preventable, life-threatening diseases by providing free and timely vaccination as per the National Immunization Schedule.
Eligibility
1. All children of Uttarakhand aged 0–16 years who require vaccination are eligible under the scheme.
