About This Scheme

The scheme “Vishesh Abhiyaan - Humdard” has been implemented by the Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority, Nainital, under the Department of Law, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to organize special campaigns for senior citizens, mentally and physically challenged individuals, and other destitute people in the state to make them aware of welfare schemes, their legal rights, access to benefits, skill development, personal security & protection, etc.

1. This special campaign has been organized by the Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority, Nainital for senior citizens, mentally and physically challenged individuals, and other destitute people in the state.

Benefits

Under the scheme/campaign, all District Legal Services Authorities organize door-to-door programs for senior citizens to raise awareness about welfare schemes, their legal rights and access to these schemes, skill development, self-employment, technical and financial literacy, as well as personal security and protection.
