About This Scheme

The 'Walking Device by Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Department' scheme was launched by the Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Government of Tamil Nadu. The scheme aims to provide a rollator/walker to enable walking training to orthopedically differently abled children having difficulties in walking. The applications are accepted offline in the prescribed form available at the District Differently Abled Welfare Office.

Eligibility

1. The child should be orthopedically person. 1. The child is having difficulty walking.
