Phool Vikash Yojana
About This Scheme
The “Phool Vikash Yojana” launched by the Department of Agriculture, Bihar, aims to support farmers in 15 districts of the state by offering financial assistance for marigold flower cultivation. The scheme provides a 50% subsidy for up to 4 hectares.
Eligibility
1. The applicant should be a resident of Bihar. 1. The applicant should be a farmer. 1. The applicant must have agricultural land a minimum of 0.25 acres (0.1 ha) and a maximum of 10 acres (4 ha). 1. The applicant must be registered on the DBT portal Agriculture Department. > Note 1: The benefits of this scheme can be taken by ryot farmers on the basis of land documents and non-ryot farmers on the basis of contract form. > Note 2: Beneficiaries will be selected on first come first serve basis.
Benefits
- Financial Assistance: 50% subsidy on ₹80,000/- per hectare for marigold cultivation.
