The applicant must be an identified state agitator, excluding those who were jailed for seven days or injured during the Uttarakhand state movement. 1. The applicant must not be entitled to an agitational pension or any other pension from a government source. 1. The applicant must not be employed in any government service.
Benefits
Pension Amount: ₹4,500/- per month
