Small Business Scheme (Gujarat Gopalak Vikas Nigam)
About This Scheme
The scheme "Small Business Scheme" by the Social Justice & Empowerment Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to support small businesses. Through this scheme, individual loans at an annual interest rate are provided to individuals from the SEBC Rabari and Bharwad communities for establishing businesses such as grocery shops, dairy parlours, animal food sales centres, and mobile-computer repair shops. Eligibility
1. The applicant should belong to the Rabari and Bharwad castes from the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC). 1. The applicant's age should be between 21 and 45 years. 1. The applicant's annual income should not exceed ₹3,00,000/-.
Benefits
1. The maximum loan limit is ₹2,00,000/- per individual. 1. The interest rate is 6% per annum. 1. The loan amount disbursed is 95% of the total project cost. 1. The beneficiary Contribution is 5% of the total project cost.
