About This Scheme

The scheme “Scheme for Hotel and Restaurant Projects” was launched by the Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Limited (PIPDIC), Department of Industries & Commerce, Puducherry. The scheme aims to financially assist entrepreneurs for setting up entrepreneurs setting up of hotel/restaurant projects in urban areas. The applications for this scheme are accepted online through the PIPDIC portal.

Entrepreneurs setting up hotel / restaurant projects in urban areas are eligible.

Benefits

- Financial Assistance to entrepreneurs for setting up of hotel / restaurant projects in urban areas. - The Loan Limit is need based. - The Project Cost must not exceed ₹12,00,00,000/-. - The Repayment Period is upto 10 years including moratorium period.
