About This Scheme

The "Swaran Jayanti Ashray Yojana" was launched by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Himachal Pradesh aims to provide financial assistance for the construction of houses who are permanent residents of Himachal Pradesh belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes.

Eligibility

1. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh. 1. The applicant should belong to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), or Other Backward Classes (OBC). 1. The applicant's annual income does not exceed ₹50,000/-. 1. The applicant should not have his own house. 1. The land in the applicant's name should be in the revenue record for the construction of the house.

- Financial assistance of ₹1,50,000/- for construction of new house.
